Product Application

This series is a unique design combining the three machines of bottle washing,filling and capping in one to decrease main power,to save space and to diminish the air pollusion among the three machines.It is applicable for mineral water and pure water filled in plastic bottles and capped with plastic caps,with optional capacity from 3000BPH to 20000BPH.It uses frequency changer to control the main machine motor.And it has an output number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.

Main Features

<1>The suspending bottle-neck clamping design make the bottle stable during the high-speed moving conditions.By changing a few parts,it can meet the need of production of different types of bottles easily.
<2>The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle’s screw thread.Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.
<3>The advanced gravity filling technology used in this machine makes the filling quick,steady and accurate.

<4>Magnetic torque is used for screw capping,and the power of screw capping can be adjusted steplessly. Capping is reliable and do no harm to the caps.

<5>Advanced technologies,such as human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC program control are adopted in this machine.
<6>All parts that have direct contact with the water are made of high quality stainless steel.The critical electrical components are from famous international companies,such as Mitsubishi, Omron to name a few.

Rinsing Part

<1>Rinsing water distributor ensure each working position has stable water supply, as well as cut the rinsing water consumption.
<2>Single fluid spray nozzle is used, rinser water is spraying in setting angle, and clean all parts inside of bottle with features complete rinsing and water saving. Water rinsing time is 4 seconds and dripping water is 2 seconds;
